Returns

You may return unused items in their original condition and packaging within 14 days of receipt.

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain sealed products cannot be returned once opened, unless they are faulty.

To start a return, please contact our Customer Service team with your order number and reason for return. We will provide instructions and a return address.
Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
